Sharing your Minutly Catalog

Sharing your Minutly service catalog link is a powerful way to drive traffic and boost sales.By distributing your catalog link across multiple channels—such as email, LinkedIn, social media, and your website—you make it easier for potential clients and customers to explore your full range of services. Every shared link is an opportunity to connect with new audiences and turn interest into actionable leads, helping you expand your reach and grow your business effortlessly.

Once you’ve customized your Minutly service catalog, it’s time to share it with your customers. Minutly makes it easy to distribute your catalog link through multiple channels, helping you reach your audience wherever they are.

Share via Email

There are two ways to share your catalog through email:

Email Option 1:

  • Log in to your Minutly account and go to your service catalog page.
  • Navigate to your Minutly dashboard
  • Copy the catalog link from the bottom of the catalog card.
  • Open your preferred email client, paste the catalog link, and add a message to introduce your services.
  • Send the email to your customers or distribution list.

Email Option 2:

  • Log in to your Minutly account and go to your service catalog page.
  • Navigate to your Minutly dashboard
  • Click the Share button
  • Click the “Send an email” tab
  • Enter the email addresses. You can add one or many email addresses by clicking the enter or separated by comma (,)
  • Update the default message
  • Click the “Send” button

Post on LinkedIn

There are two ways you can notify and share your service catalog to your LinkedIn community. 

LinkedIn Sharing Option 1:

  • Copy your catalog link from your Minutly account.
  • Open LinkedIn and start a new post.
  • Paste the link into the post editor and add a brief message to engage your network.
  • Consider adding relevant hashtags, such as #ServiceCatalog or #BusinessServices, to increase visibility.
  • Post to share your service catalog with your LinkedIn connections.

LinkedIn Sharing Option 2:

  • Log in to your Minutly account and go to your service catalog page.
  • Navigate to your Minutly dashboard
  • Click the Share button
  • Click the “Post on LinkedIn” tab
  • The system will default your Service Catalog post
  • Click the “Share” button and follow the steps

Add Service Catalog to Website

With Minutly, you can integrate your website with Minutly Service catalog, so your website visitors can view all your service offerings in one place.

Steps:

  • Log in to your Minutly account and go to your service catalog page.
  • Navigate to your Minutly dashboard
  • Click the Share button
  • Click the “Add to Website” tab
  • Copy the code snippet and add to your website service page

Share on Social Media Platforms

You can share your Minutly catalog on other platforms, like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, by following these steps:

  • Copy your catalog link from Minutly.
  • Open the social media platform where you’d like to share your catalog.
  • Paste the link and write a short message about what users can find in your catalog, such as “Explore our full service offerings!”
  • Post or Share to make your catalog link available to your social media followers.

In Your Email Signature

  • Open your email settings and locate the signature editor.
  • Paste the catalog link into your signature with a call to action like “View Our Services” or “Explore Our Catalog.”
  • Save the changes to make the link appear in all outgoing emails.

Copy your service catalog link

Minutly’s Copy Link feature allows you to quickly copy your service catalog link, making it easy to share with clients and customers across various platforms.

  • Log in to your Minutly account and go to your service catalog page.
  • Navigate to your Minutly dashboard
  • Click the “Copy Link” in the service catalog card
  • Click the “Share” button
  • Click the “Copy Link” button to copy the link
